Wolfmangler 's music is slow, grim, noisy and shambling doom metal constructed around a bowed double bass, one or two electric bass guitars and whatever other instruments were available. Approximately half the songs are constructed around dissonant doom riffs; the rest consist of covers of folk songs, classical music pieces and jazz standards. Wolfmangler  was based in Texas from 2004-2005 but has now been reborn in a Polish version.

`They Call Us Naughty Wolves' covers standards from another unlikely genre, this one focusing on pop music from way back in the day. There's nothing quite like Wolfmangler, and this album is even wilder and stranger than their previous releases.
